Scholarship applications: student and parent or guardian names, the parent or guardian's NIC number, contact number, address and the support requested.
Payment receipts you upload for bank-transfer donations.

How we use it

To process and verify donations and to issue receipts.
To review scholarship and education support applications and contact applicants.
To manage volunteers and Foundation members.
To answer messages and keep records required for transparency and accountability.

How we protect it

Access to personal information is limited to authorised Foundation administrators. Payment receipts are stored privately, NIC numbers are encrypted, and sensitive actions are recorded in an audit log. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store card numbers.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only when needed to provide a service you asked for (for example our payment provider for online donations) or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and for our records. You can ask us to correct or delete your information.
